Terms of use

Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. Each account is for one person. Workspace admins are responsible for the people they add.

Signing up, uploading specifications and running checks is free. Before payment you see every saving figure and the full proposal for your top boxes; the other proposals, the grade shelf and the PDF and Excel reports open once a workspace is unlocked.

When you ask to unlock, we quote the price shown in the app at that time (a price per box with a saving under any standard; boxes without a saving are free) and send an invoice. Results open once the invoice is paid. If a box we improved fails your own physical test, tell us and we refund the fee for that box.

Specifications and other data you upload stay yours. You allow us to store and process them to run PackPrism for you, and our team can see them to prepare and support your results. Upload only data you are allowed to share with us. We never use your data to train AI models, and cell values from your files never go to an AI service. How we handle AI and personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

Strengths, weights, costs and savings are model-based estimates from the specifications and prices in your workspace. They are comparative estimates, not a laboratory certificate. Test changed boxes physically before you put them into production. You decide what to change; we are not responsible for decisions taken without that testing.

• Do not try to break, overload, probe or bypass the security or the result lock of the service.
• Do not copy, scrape or resell the service or its results as your own product.
• Do not use another person’s account or share yours.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

We work to keep PackPrism available and your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Practice data is demo data and is cleared regularly. When a paid licence ends, the workspace stays readable but cannot be changed until it is renewed. We may change these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version, and significant changes will be notified to account holders by email.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about PackPrism is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or production stoppages.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: ashish@konzult.in.
