Box cost
Reduce corrugated box cost without making boxes weaker
Most box specifications were set years ago and copied ever since. PackPrism checks every box you buy against the strength it needs and finds the lightest, cheapest paper that still meets it.
Why boxes cost more than they need to
Kraft paper is 65–80% of a box’s cost, and its price rose 15–20% in 2026. Yet specifications are rarely re-checked: doing it by hand takes hours per box, so paper the box doesn’t need keeps getting bought, year after year.
What PackPrism changes
- Every box, not a sample. Thousands of paper combinations per box; the best one found in a fraction of a second.
- Never weaker. Only options that are lighter and cheaper and still meet the standard you pick: today’s box, the strength on your specification, or the load in your warehouse stack.
- Your prices. Savings are worked out from your own paper rates, per box and per year.
What you get
The saving per box and in total, the new paper grades written the way box makers quote them, the boxes worth testing first, and an Excel your box maker can price from.
Estimates you can test
Results are model-based estimates. Confirm a changed box with a physical compression test before switching. If a box we improved fails your test, you don’t pay for it.
