Privacy policy

• Account details: your name, work email, company and chosen currency. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash.
• What you put into your workspace: specification workbooks and the rows read from them (kept so every value can be traced to its source), boxes, prices, runs, reports, settings and logo.
• Service records: a log of requests to the AI service (time, purpose, outcome, the first words of each question asked to the assistant and the names of files read with the AI heading check), and short-lived technical logs such as errors.

• To run PackPrism: read your specifications, calculate strengths, weights, costs and savings, and build reports.
• To send account emails: confirming your email, password resets and notices, and replies to your requests.
• To prepare and support your results: our team can see the data in your workspace for this purpose.
• To invoice you when you ask to unlock results, and to keep the service secure and within its costs.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

• Savings, strengths, costs and every other figure are calculated without AI.
• Spreadsheets are read by built-in rules. Where your workspace allows it, you can choose on each import to have an AI service check unusual column headings; only the headings are sent, never cell values, box codes, figures or file names.
• The in-app assistant helps you find your way and answers questions about PackPrism. It receives only what you type and the page you are on, never the data in your workspace, so please do not type confidential details into it.
• We never use your data to train AI models.

We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, the AI service described above and web fonts, each only for its part of running PackPrism. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

One cookie keeps you signed in (it cannot be read by page scripts and expires after 12 hours). Your browser also remembers display choices, such as simulation settings, on your device. We use no analytics or advertising trackers.

• Your account and workspace data: while your account is open.
• When you ask us to close your account: deleted within 30 days of the request, unless the law requires us to keep a record.
• Unconfirmed sign-ups: removed when the 24-hour confirmation link expires. Password reset links last 30 minutes.
• Practice data: demo data, cleared every night.

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, sign-in attempts are rate-limited, and each workspace’s data is kept separate from every other workspace.

You can see and correct your data in the app. To get a copy, have it deleted, withdraw your consent or raise a concern, write to ashish@konzult.in; we reply within 30 days. This address is also our grievance contact.

We will update the effective date above when this policy changes and email account holders about significant changes.
